Complaint handling

NovaCropControl wants all customers to be satisfied. If you nevertheless have a complaint, please contact us. This can be done by sending an e-mail to or by calling 013-590 2864.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We strive to process your complaint as quickly as possible, but you will receive a response from us at the latest 2 weeks after confirmation of your complaint.
